WinPilot provides remote-only IT support services. All assistance is delivered through secure remote access tools and is performed only with the customer’s knowledge and permission.

Consent to Remote Access
By requesting support from WinPilot, you authorize us to connect to your computer remotely for the purpose of diagnosing and resolving the issue you reported. Remote access is temporary and session-based. You may observe all actions taken on your screen and may end the session at any time.

User Control and Privacy
You remain in full control of your device throughout the remote support session. WinPilot does not access your computer without your approval and does not maintain ongoing access after the session ends. Once the session is closed, remote access is fully disconnected.

Scope of Remote Support
Remote assistance is limited to software-related services such as Windows and Microsoft Office installation, troubleshooting, performance optimization, malware removal, application setup, and related configuration tasks as listed on our website. Hardware repairs, physical device issues, and on-site services are not provided.

System Condition and Limitations
Outcomes of remote support depend on your system’s condition, software compatibility, internet stability, and third-party factors. WinPilot cannot guarantee full resolution of every issue, especially when problems are caused by failing hardware, corrupted systems, or external software conflicts.

Data Responsibility
Customers are responsible for backing up important data before requesting remote assistance. While care is taken during every session, WinPilot is not responsible for data loss resulting from pre-existing system issues or conditions outside our control.

Security Tools
WinPilot uses trusted, industry-standard remote access tools such as AnyDesk, Microsoft Quick Assist, and TeamViewer. These tools require user permission and provide encrypted connections for secure remote support.

Session Termination
You may stop the remote session at any time. WinPilot also reserves the right to end a session if unsafe conditions, illegal requests, or unsupported activities are identified.
